Can we call ahmadis kafir because the holy Qur’an has already called them kafir?

Kufr is the deliberate denial. Only God knows who is deliberately denies and who is mistaken. Only God can declare someone kafir.
As long as one insists to be a Muslim and interprets his mistaken believe or action as correct or islamic, we have no authority to call him or her kafir.
