Salam , my question is regarding taking a gift back … if i gift something to anyone for example if i gift my inherited property to my brother but after some years i need it and i want to take it back .. can i take it??

It is unethical or take the gift back. However if one has some valid reason one may ask to give his gift back. However it is now his right to give it back to you or not.
