    1. The qawam thing, does it apply on any man and woman? or only confined to husband wife, father daughter?

Can any man come and give unwanted nasiha to a woman just because he is a man? And in such case does the woman can’t argue back??????

I have watched tha man who himself is not following rule comes to moral police a woman . He himself is creating caos but expecting the woman to keep silent as she is woman .

Does qawwam relationship apply on any woman?

Islam doesn’t allow or endorse anything unethical. It doesn’t allow zulm and mistreatment.

Qwwamiat is a responsibility which requires one to be more caretaking and compassionate rather than becoming a bully, just like the head of the state towards his or her people.

Being subordinate doesn’t mean that one can’t argue for one’s rights and is not allowed to suggest a thing. Servitude should not be a part of the family system. The essentials of a good family is love and compassion which creates love and respect, not fear and disgust.

If a woman takes up the responsbiies of being the head of the state and provider of the family, she will be treated like a qawwam then.

Yes. I ubderstood the qawwam thing in the perspective if family.

But my question was does this qawwam applies on random man and woman who are ununrelated? Like if you meet some unrelated lady on a shop in that place are you qwwam of her just because she is woman?
