  • Can You Repeat Your Prayer If You Are Not Satisfied With It?

Posted by Saba Bilal on October 17, 2025 at 10:05 am

Sometime my mind goes into overdrive, and I get stuck on a mistake. Is it ok if I repeat prayer of u am not satisfied with it. Moreover under what circumstances can you break prayer. Also how to break prayer, if such a situation arises. For example: do u do two taslims or one to the right if u have to break prayer.

You never need to break prayer for a real or imaginary mistake. Make up the mistake within the prayer if possible, or it is not possible, leave it and perform sajda sehw at the end, in both cases.

Ok but like what if a kid is about to hurt themselves or something. I’ll need to break it then…. How to… should I just say taslim on both sides or one.

In such cases, you can break the prayer; there is no formal way to break it.
