I have a question from javed ahmed ghamidi sahab,according to Quran what are the conditions of divorce..And if the law of land is not followed,so is the the divorce valid or not?

If a husband divorce his wife during her periods or after getting physical, is the divorce valid or not according to Quran?

Most divorces take place after the physical relationship has already been established between the husband and the wife; there’s no concern of a law been broken in this regard.
If the wife was going through her periods at the time of the divorce then one of the requirements is not fulfilled, however if the husband really intended the divorce then it should still stand.
With that said, divorce issues are not very simple as there are many nuisances in every case. I suggest that a scholar should be consulted privately with all the details.
