Divorce During Menstruation
I have received divorce documents during my mentruation. Before that we had been separated for more than a year and we are not on talking terms. Please advise if the divorce is valid.

Menstruation doesn’t affect the validity of the divorce however the it is disapproved to divorce a woman in this condition. In your case, the separate is already there, so the purpose of disapproving divorce in menstruation is effective.
If the man has divorced intentionally it will be considered a divorce.
