Does Al Mawrid Reject Hadiths?

It is not true. In his book Meezan Ghamidi saheb has quoted around 1200 ahadith. He is working on Hadith project for last few years and his research is published in the monthly Ishraq. I’m his book you can find the chapter on Hadith. Meezan is available in English too. You can find it here
