Hello there, assalamualaikum
my question is that if someone does an action for example without deliberately knowing if it’s Haram or Halal, will he be sinful if the action itself was Halal?

If he does not know it, he is not answerable, however, if he deliberately stays ignorant to have the freedom to do whatever he wants then it is sinful.
