Emotional Support In Islam
I face challenges with family relationships, including maternal attachment trauma, and my financial situation is not conducive to marriage. I often crave love, kindness, and validation but struggle to find where to seek them, especially with the belief that life is a test and trials from God are inevitable. Since God’s love and tests don’t always go hand in hand, where can one find emotional support while going through a test by God?

One should perform obligatory prayers especially the Tahhajjud prayer in which one can speak one’s heart out. One should seek the company of good people, friends, and intellectuals. When one makes oneself worthy to be loved, one finds love and care.
