Once we calculate zakat of wealth in a business. Will fhe amount of nisab be subtracted from total wealth before calculating zakat. Or will it be included

There are two opinions. one says, the amount of Nisab be subtracted and the other one says, it should be included. Ghamidi saheb is of the second opinion.
