According to Quran verse 7:18, the hell will be filled with Satan and his followers. Of course, that’s the most logical conclusion anyway.

As Iblees challenged Allah that he will distract the men. So what if the no of his followers will be more than the men on righteous path ?

This is not a competition between God and Satan. If the number of Satan’s followers is greater than the number of righteous people, then God will throw all of them in hell – except of course if God wills otherwise.
