Giving Reasons According To Situation Hurting No One
For example you are recently shifted to some project in your company and your project manager gives you overwork… which you think you can’t do….can you give other reason to hr that you want to change project because you are not able to understand that technology which is used in that project…but you know inside if you work hard you can understand that technology…but actual reason is overwork which your manger gives you…but you don’t want to complain this to hr because this can have other consequences

In my opinion, if it is certain that the manager is unreasonable and it may be an immediate threat to your job or career, then Allah is forgiving. For a longer run, it may be better to look for a position somewhere else.
Still, I think it is better to state the truth and trust Allah. If you trust Allah, even if you lose your job here, you may find a better one; just because you trusted Allah.
