I have seen a video of Mr. Ghamdi in which he is telling us that Science is the knowledge of the laws of Allah. what is the meaning of it?

When referring to a video please always share a reference along with time stamp.
In general, science observes the nature and the natural laws (God’s laws) and then determines the causality between events in a testable and a repeatable manner. Once such causality is determined then science uses this knowledge to make inventions that work according to the same.
