According to jewish history and Quran Habil offered his sacrifice and kabil offered his sacrifice, and habils sacrifice was accepted.
My question is how do they knew whose was accepted and were both their offering animal or grains?
As some say kabil was offering grain and habil was offering animal.

At that time, a fire would come from the sky and consume the offering accepted by God. This has been referred to in the Quran as well, see 3: 183.
