Q# 5. Some history books say that Ameer-ul-Momineen Omer RA had convicted and punished Abu Huraira on the charges of narrating some statements purportedly attributing to the Holy Prophet SAWST. If it’s true, then according to the established norms of law any ‘shahdat (testimony)’ of a convict is not acceptable?
