Is It A Sin To Evade Taxes?
If i avoid income tax but pay properly zakat then is this a sin ?? Will i have to answer to avoid income tax in aakhirah??

Anything immoral is a sin, and tax evasion is immoral hence its a sin that we shall be held accountable for on the Day of Judgement.
Zakat is the right of the state. If a state collects taxes instead of zakat, then we can subtract our zakat dues from the taxes we paid.
