If a man’s siblings have done nothing for him, why should his siblings get a chance to inherit a part.
This man has three daughters, and a living wife, why should they give it to his siblings, when they wouldn’t clearly take any care of his daughters?
Why does this feel like injustice?

In the presence of daughters, siblings are entitled only to a share of the inheritance that remains after distribution to the daughters and other rightful heirs. However, the legator may choose to write a will to allocate the residual share of the estate to his daughters as well. In such a case, the siblings would not receive any portion of the undistributed inheritance, as it would also pass to the daughters.
