Aoa kindly answer this question, a lady asked that : “My mother-in-law has 3 daughters and two sons. One of the son is my husband, all the three daughters are older than my husband and the brother is younger than him, my father-in-law passed away when my husband was very young.
My husband did his studies, went abroad earned and all his sisters got married, my husband took responsibility of his family. I got married to my husband in the year 2000, alhumdulillah, we helped all his family in every way possible, we got more than 65 grams of gold to my mother-in-law for her to wear.
My mother-in-law died last year and all her daughters took away the gold, her clothes, in fact everything.
My husband’s grandfather who died left behind a small house, and my husband paid for everything and got it registered on my mother-in-law.
My husband’s younger brother doesn’t have any children.
According to Islam does he get a share in the house?
The doctors said that my husband’s brother will not be able to have children. I and my husband have 2 sons and a daughter. Please advise.
My mother-in-law got her share from her mother which she gave to her daughters, do the daughters get share in the house. The house was NOT bought or built by my father-in-law. It was from my husband’s grandfather.”
I shall appreciate your opinion and response.

Since the house is registered in her name, it is her property. All her children, sons and daughters, are entitled to have their share in it according to the ratio that the son’s share is double that of a girl.
