    Is Establishment Of Khilafah Wajib?

    Assalamualaikum

    There is a view that establishment of Khilafah is wajib(obligatory) on Muslims?And Ghamidi sahab says that it’s jaiz (legal)that it’s ok, but not wajib. Can get little explaination that why Ghamidi sahab says that , because there is law for the state in Quran and Prophet SAW also established a state and went to Taif and so on for power.

    Sorry it’s in his book titled Maqamat.
