Is war permissible? The world, up until 1928 with the Pact of Paris, held war to be an acceptable instrument of national policy regardless of whether that war was waged for righteous reasons or imperialistic motives.
I’m aware that Ustaz Ghamidi holds that Islam regards war to be permissible when against oppression, which is Qital.
However, does Islam allow imperialism?
