Issue With Inheritance Calculator
As Salaam O Alaikum,
Brother, as per understanding of Ghamidi Sb. on this issue (refer: Part 3 of video on YouTube hosted by Brother Hasan Ilyas, Situation 1), the leftover amount may be distributed to any of the legal heirs (Parents/ Husband/Daughters under Option 1).
However, in the Inheritance App, in the drop down menu of Nominee (for distribution of leftover amount) , mention of Daughters, Kalalah and Acquaintance has been mentioned but there is no mention of spouse or parents.
Please clarify.
