Itmam E Hujjah Through Letters
As far as i know that nations were destroyed after they had no excuse left in accepting the message of Allah and yet they refused it. The people of arab were supposed to be killed as a punishment after dawah and indhar of 20 years, that makes sense. I want to know that what was done with roman and persian empires that left them with no excuse as sending the letters only is not enough for itmam al hujja.

moreover for the sake of argument if hujjat was done on ceaser but he never get punsihed the people killed in wars were illetrate about islam because they thought muslims to be just like other arab pagans nothing else.
