If someone killed an innocent person but later he truly ask for toba and follow it. Allah may give him forgiveness but what will happen to the guy who got killed and his grieving family?
How Allah can satisfy the deceased and grieving family and on the other hand accepted the killers toba and forgive him? How it’s gonna play out in hereafter?

If the person really deserves forgiveness, and God knows, who deserves that, God can compensate the victim for the pain and grief he received and can ask him to forgive him. It is ultimately the right of the person to forgive or not. and God will decide every matter with justice.

It’s still not satisfactory answer. If the guy who was murdered or grieving family doesn’t forgive the killer then it means there is no toba for the killer. All toba doors have been closed in that sense. There is nothing Allah can do to forgive him?

Since Allah has not told us about such a particular case, we deduce on the basis of God’s principles He told just and all knowing. In the world we do the same. People forgive the murders sometimes with or without taking the bloodmoney. God is far generous. If He finds that the person really deserves forgiveness for any or concession on merit, He can manage it. Let God decide it.
