    I know praying on time is one of them, what are the other Aamaals that hold a special significance and Allah is pleased by them.

    I guess displeasure would be mostly about the Kabira Sins.

    It depends upon the situation too. Whatever is the obligation incumbent upon you to perform and you perform it will pleases God. To perform a good act with its possible perfection is what pleases God.
