There is no such Hadith in primary books of hadith corpus to my knowledge. The closest one to this Hadith is in Bukhari and Muslim:

But there is no mention of the number 70.

This Hadith in your question can be found in the Book titled: “Understanding the Month of Glory Lessons on the Month of Ramadhan” (Page-13: Screenshot Attached). However, no reference has been given in the book.
