Assalamu Alaikum, is it permissible to lie in order not to hurt ones feelings? Like for example if my friend is wearing a dress she likes but I don’t and she asks me if it looks pretty, if I know if I don’t compliment her, it will ruin things between us or she might take it in a rude way, can I say yes it is?
