Yes, however, ghusl is required before salah.

Yes but after started fasting can I do ghusl?if azan has recited is my fast invalid?

Ghusl is only required before salah if you’re impure. No reason to complicate the issue by mixing it with fasting which is a separate worship ritual with its own rules.
