Is it halal for a muslim to make a living out of manufacturing coffins for serving his christian cutomer ?

There seems nothing wrong with it to me as it has nothing to do with the ibadat of christians, but if coffins involve making crosses on them or engraving or embossing the statue of jesus on the cross etc. then, it seems a bit off in the view of islam.

In principle, there’s nothing wrong about making coffins for Christians or people of any other faith. If the crosses or statues that you make are directly used for worshipping or doing shirk, then no doubt it would be absolutely forbidden.
