Does the pre seminal discharge due to an arousing thought etc break the fast or its only for the thick white fluid which breaks it?

The prohibition during fasting is that of eating, drinking, and sexual intercourse (or other means of sexual gratification). Discharge of pre-seminal fluid doesn’t invalidate fasting.
