    Is Ghamidi sb munfarid in defining furuj for women to include the chest? Has he ever discussed whether some lexical experts specify furuj to refer to just the crotch or to just the pudenda?

    No he is not unique in his definition of furuj. Fo Ghamidi sb understanding of Hifz e furooj refer to ep 6

    andaishay ki jaga means parts which can trigger sexual desires. This has been said by Kathir, Qurtubi and Molana Modadi. however wordings and reason to reach same conclusion can be different.
