We often hear and say that the feats done by a person have been done with the help of Allah, in which there is no doubt but they are different feats in every age.So, does Allah Almighty create human beings with different abilities in every age or did it take time for human beings to develop their abilities?

God invariably sends people to this world with varying potential. However, people can only best realize their potential in accordance with the time that they live on earth. For example, if Lionel Messi or Muhammad Ali were born a few hundred years ago when no one was interested in their respective sports, they wouldn’t be able to realize their potential as best as they were able to. Our job as humans is to figure out our own potential with respect to the time that we live in and try to maximize it accordingly.
