Assalam alaikum
I want to ask: According to Quran are Muslims living in Pakistan, Egypt or other Muslim countries allowed to migrate to non Islamic country like United States, Europe or Canada for better life.

Islam has no restrictions on such migrations.

There is nothing in Islamic Shariah that prohibits anyone living anywhere in the world. As long as a person is able to practice basic tenets of Islam without facing any religious persecution, he/she can settle in any land.
