Can you, please, clarify the issue of permissible birth control methods? I understand that it is permissible to use reversible birth control methods e.g. pills. Does the use of intra-uterine devices such as copper T fall into this category of permissible birth control method?

As a principle there’s nothing impermissible about the intra-uterine devices. The only thing that you should be mindful about is the content of such devices and make sure that they don’t fall into the impermissible category.
