Offering Salah In Torn Out Clothes Where Body Is Not Covered Completely
If someone is poor and have torn out clothes from which awrah is visible like for men if he has a tshirt where there is hole in tshirt from where below naval part of body can be seen or there is big hole in lowers(like jeans ) from where thighs can be seen..can he offer namaz in that clothes ?( Here person is wearing torn jeans out of extreme poverty not because of fashion ).

Under compulsions normal rules do not apply. One can offer prayer without clothes if he finds nothing to wear.
Covering of body is a not a prerequisite of prayer but a necessary manner.
