Ghamidi Sahab's View On Satanic Whispers
Assalamu alaikum Ustad,
I have two questions:
1️⃣ Does Iblis/Shaytan (the jinn) know what is in our hearts? If I think of doing a good or bad action only in my mind, does Shaytan know it? For example, if I decide in my heart to give charity, but then a doubt comes — is that from Shaytan or my own thoughts?
2️⃣ A raqi told me that in any case like arguments between husband and wife, negative thoughts, bad moods, or any wrong action — I should think it is from Shaytan and not blame my spouse. How correct is this? Do all sins start from Shaytan’s whispering, or do we sometimes initiate wrong thoughts ourselves and then Shaytan only supports them? What does Ustad Javed Ahmed Ghamidi say about this?
And if a negative thought is not from Shaytan, how should I convince myself to stop it?
