I have probably asked the question in the past that God has endowed man with the ability to transform a lean person into a muscular person. Does God mention man’s abilities in the Qur’an or does man evaluate his abilities on the basis of his experience and observation?

Quran is the book of guidance to make a man lead a life with ethics to purify himself so that he may be successful in the hereafter. The things related to our intellect and experience are not the subject of the Quran. So it doesn’t deal with them.
