    Yes, there is difference of opinion on reading but there are Hadis that listening is allowed. Can we repeat a couple of verses in heart while listening or go through translation.

      It is a matter of Adab (‘Etiquettes‘), not a matter of Halal or Haram. It is recommended to not touch the book, but one can read, recite and listen to Quran and its translation as well.
