Selling Goods Having Faults Without Telling
I wanted guidance regarding a situation if you have sold something amd it had some not regular fault (laptop and the fault that it goes to sleep when it overheats but does not regularly). You did not tell this fault to shop owner and ask him to check the laptop on his own for his satisfaction and he keeps laptop for 2 days to check laptop and doesn’t find the issue.
Is it sinful to do that? And we should have explicitly told him the fault? I am confused
