Gratitude is a feeling which expresses itself in remembering God, pronouncing His name, worshipping Him and obeying his orders. In short, gratitude or gratefulness to God encompasses the spirit of religion. So whatever you do is Shukr. To remember God more you can adopt any Azkar to repeat frequently.
