If the main purpose of Wazu is to set a reminder regarding clean-ness, can we do it fast, like going through some Walkthrough (like coronavirus spray walkthrough).

The reminder of cleanliness is the rationale behind it but doing it as prescribed is the ibadah, and all rituals in ibadah are very important to be adhered to in normal circumstances, therefore, there is no possibility of a smart walk-through ablution.
