    Touching Quran Without Wudhu

    Ghamidi saab had said that wudhu is not mandatory to touch quran, but there’s a hadees which prohibits this. أَنْ لَا يَمَسَّ الْقُرْآنَ إِلَّا طَاهِرٌ “.موطأ مالك :حكم الحديث: إسناده صحيح

    Not every command is for making something obligatory. To emphasize a manner this style is used. When something is made obligatory a different style is adopted which also highlights the bad consequences of its violation.

Now
