The Quran uses the word Ummi for the prophet Muhammad (saw) and the Arabs. Does it mean that they were illiterate.?
Whereas,on the other hand, the Quran says that the basic mission of the prophet was to read out the verses of quran to people and teach them the knowledge of the book and wisdom…
