Understanding The Area Of Coming Of Dajjal In Hadith
Assalamualaikum!
Please read the 2nd and 3rd Hadith narrated by Hazrat Abu Bakkar Siddiq (RA) and Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) respectively, and their explanations below, in this collection of arrival of Dajjal.
I have 2 questions:
1. Do central Asian countries (that were part of USSR) count in people of and around the area ‘Khurasaan’ that is mentioned?
2. When the prophet PBUH mentions ‘Mashriq’, what areas potentially count into the possibility of coming of Dajjal?

The ancient region of Khurasan encompassed parts of Central Asia.
To the east of Arabia lies the Indian subcontinent, followed by Central Asia and regions beyond.

It’s very interesting how he applies the Hadith signs regarding Dajjal to the real world happenings of Cold War era.

I have not found any Hadith mentioning Dajjal coming from Khurasan in Sahih Muslim or Sahih Bukhari. In my work, I have focused on the narration indicating Dajjal emerging from the East and eventually appearing in the land between Syria and Iraq.
