Looking at these structures, it feels humanly impossible at the time these pyramids were built. Is it possible that the gagic having prevalence during that time as suggested by incidents with pharoah, the magicians took help from jinns to build these pyramids?

There is no mention of jinns in the episode of pharaoh. The magic shown by the magicians was an illusion, not a reality.
There is no information given about them in the Qur’an or authentic ahadith.
