Few days back during the introduction of book completion Ilm un nabi (part of hadith project) Hasan ilyas sb said that now its not possible to reject hadith. Anyone who rejects hadith will eventually reject quran. If this was the case then what was the point of the book – Islam. – A Concise Introduction written by Ghamidi sir ? Ghamidi sir wrote book about Islam without referencing hadith.
Islam exists without the sayings of people observing the prophet. Islam foundation is the message brought by messenger of Allah not the sayings of people observing the messenger of allah and transmitting it without any context.
Why did hasan ilyas sb say that rejecting hadith would be like rejecting the quran. ?

Is uswa e hasana of the prophet incomplete without the hadith collection muslims have ?

Is akbhaar e ahad and Quran the same that If rejecting akhbaar e ahad then it would be like rejecting the mutawattir quran ?
