there is no democracy there. no elections have taken place since 2019.

Well everybody is going with Pakistani committee. Our religious bodies always go with Pakistan.

Also know we don’t consider india to be a legal government.

In the absence of state, there is nothing binding on you. You can prefer the option chosen by muslim body/muslim union of your area.
