Why is it important for women to cover their bodies/heads?
How much should we cover ourselves according to Islam? (does it include legs/arms or other body parts that aren’t necessarily sexual or intimate?)

Just be modest according to the culture or society you live in
When in Rome do what Romans do.
In my understanding, Islam ask of you to be modest in your dressing and any other form of inter gender interactions.
