Should the total of the last 12 months’ salary be taken for the zakat calculation of the cash available at the time of zakat calculation?
I have attached the Ghamidi Zakat calculator to review my calculations.

“Cash” under “Zakat on Assets” should only include actual cash available on the date of Zakat calculation.
Last 12 months’ Salaries should be included under “Zakat on Production / Earnings” under sub-head “Salaries / Wages“.
