Zakat On Bonus Money
السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ا
At an event of sell off company is paying 1 time loyalty bonus to its existing and ex employees.
Will Zakat be 10% or 20% and will it be same for the employees still working with the company and the ones currently not working but served a long period of time.

Bonus salary is just part of your earnings. Zakat will be calculated on it along with your wages at 10%.
