Does Kufr Immediately Require A Divorce?
Salam alaikum
Let’s just assume an hypothetical situation where the wife commits kufr, Would that immediately nullify their marriage and the man has to initiate a divorce? Since staying with her could perhaps count as zina?

Change or abandonment of religion of one spouse does not terminate the marriage on its own. There is no such religious compulsion. It is the individual decision of the spouse whether they want to stay in that marriage or not.
